During the conference Behaviour 2023 organised in Bielefeld, we conducted a study on Equity, Diversity and Inclusivity (EDI). This important work was lead by Rebecca Chen and many colleagues contributed, and is now out in Ecology & Evolution.
I had the pleasure to visit Giulia Masoero and Pierre Bize at the Swiss Ornithological Institute (Vogelwarte) in Sempach, Switzerland. I was also able to give a talk and join the fantastic field teams working on barn owls and alpine swifts.
Three weeks of fantastic lizard fieldwork! With Isabel, Laurence and Sean, we captured and sampled 250 lizards from both urban and wild locations in Croatia.

Our study on the chemical signatures of pied flycatchers is out in Journal of Avian Biology! Congrats to Laurence for turning her Master thesis into a beautiful publication, well done!
